The initial part of the Seoul Busters predominantly centered around Korea's lowest-ranked crime detective squad. Following their unsuccessful attempt to apprehend a criminal suspect, the squad was transferred to a remote police station. The new location, situated next to a daycare, effectively isolated them from the main police station.

However, they were unexpectedly entrusted with a high-profile case to solve. Furthermore, a highly intelligent police captain assumed leadership of the unit. Together, they successfully resolved the case, garnering significant media attention and surprising their colleagues and superiors.

What to expect in the next episodes of Seoul Busters

The forthcoming episodes of the show are expected to provide further insight into the five main characters and the cases they investigate.

The fourth episode provided some insights into the pasts of Mu Jung-ryeok (Park Ji-hwan) and Dongbang Yu-Bin (Kim Dong-wook). Additionally, it offered glimpses into the current personal lives of Seo Min-seo (Park Se-wan) and Jeong Jeong-hwan (Seo Hyun-woo).

The preview indicates that the show will feature Jeong Jeong-hwan's remarkable marksmanship and more of Mu Jung-ryeok's boxing skills. It also hints at the ongoing disagreement between the squad's senior member and the squad captain, Dongbang Yu-Bin.

The upcoming episodes of Seoul Busters will also reveal the arson case that was presented to the squad.

In the fourth episode, the squad had dinner in the restaurant, revealing the relationship between Mu Jung-ryeok and the owner. Afterward, the owner exits the restaurant, unknowingly leaving his daughter behind. The restaurant catches fire with her still inside, resulting in severe burns and her current hospitalization.

The team conducts an investigation during which Mu Jung-ryeok uncovers crucial evidence. This includes search records related to reporting a stalker and self-protection devices found in the owner's daughter's cloud storage. This discovery aligns with the forensic report's suggestion that the arsonist might have been someone familiar with the restaurant's door access code.
