BLACKPINK stirred the internet as they attended the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR IN YOUR CINEMAS on August 9, 2024. Fans went ga ga over the members' outfits for the evening. Lisa accessorized with a bold jacket and a pair of black leather leggings, while Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé donned tiny black dresses with various textures and appliques.
Meanwhile, they were present at a special event for the pink carpet of BLACKPINK IN YOUR CINEMAS on August 9. Screams rang through the venue when the members exited their cars and waved at the fans.

Following this, videos and pictures from the girl group's 8th debut anniversary of OUR AREA fan signing event went viral online.

Meanwhile, the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR: BORN PINK concert movie was opened in more than 110 countries and features 92 minutes of important highlights from the group's live tour finale, which was shot at the Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul. The movie also encapsulates moments from their 66 shows across 22 countries, including LA, Australia, HYDE Park, and Coachella 2023, among others.
The concert movie will be released in select theaters in India on August 9–11, 2024. Presented by PVR-INOX Pictures, it features the highlights of their BORN PINK global tour. Ticket reservations began on June 27, 2024, and tickets for the South Korean screenings went on sale starting on July 17.
The BORN PINK World Tour spanned 22 countries, including Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America, and hosted 66 shows.
