Go Min-si opens up about her acting journey

Go Min-si shared insights into her journey toward acting in an episode of Netflix Korea, released on August 20. The episode featured Min-si and her co-star, Kim Yoon-seok. During the conversation with hosts Chimchakman and Lee Chang-ho, she opened up about what inspired her to pursue acting.

She revealed that she once believed living outside of Seoul meant she couldn’t become an actor.

"One day, I suddenly thought, 'If I don't go to Seoul and try acting, I might live with regret for the rest of my life.' I realized that I had always wanted to act, even when I was very young, without consciously knowing it," she said.

Reflecting on her decision, the actress admitted she didn't fully understand where her courage came from, describing it as a strong, instinctual feeling. Despite being skilled at her job, she felt compelled to chase her passion for acting, a dream she had unconsciously held since childhood. She also discussed her experiences auditioning for projects like The Witch and Sweet Home.
