17 is Right Here fan sign event postponed
On July 29, members of SEVENTEEN were ready to depart from South Korea for Beijing, China, due to their 17 is Right Here fan sign event. However, due to a malfunction in the airplane, they could not leave the country.
According to the statement released by the event organizers, Yizhiyu Entertainment, the members were at the airport, and despite the agency's efforts, they could not find an alternative solution for the issue.
“We regret to inform you that due to a sudden malfunction of the plane at the departure airport after the artists arrived at the airport, and after extensive communication and coordination, it was still not possible to temporarily replace the plane.”
The agency advised fans to return to their homes or accommodations, given the hot weather in Beijing. They also confirmed that those who traveled to Beijing for the event will be reimbursed for accommodation and traveling.
To ensure the safety of the group members, the fan sign event scheduled for July 29 was postponed until further notice. SEVENTEEN members made posts on Weverse apologizing to fans who were eagerly waiting to see them.
