SEVENTEEN announces World tour on their ‘SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND’ 2024 fanmeeting Day 2: Highlights & more

SEVENTEEN announced a World Tour during the CARAT LAND 2024 fan meeting in Seoul. On Wednesday, July 24, the K-pop boy group took the stage of Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul for the second day of their fan meeting, confirming the upcoming concert tour, giving power-packed performances, and playing exciting games for the fans.

As the fan meeting concluded and the members were parting ways with fans, the boy group took Carats by surprise with an exciting announcement through VCR screens. The group teased the world tour with the title SEVENTEEN RIGHT HERE WORLD TOUR as they plan on going to Korea, the US, Japan, and some cities in Asia in October 2024.

This will mark their first tour after the conclusion of FOLLOW AGAIN, which began in July 2023 and ended in March 2024. Further details regarding the tour are yet to be shared by the group’s agency, PLEDIS.

SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND 2024 Day 2 highlights: S.Coups’ Smart, Wonwoo's Queencard, and more

SEVENTEEN’s 8th fan meeting, CARAT LAND, commenced at 6:30 pm KST at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. The K-pop group performed some of the hit tracks, including Dream (Korean Version), Thinking ’bout you, Ready To Love, Last Night — the unit track by Jeonghan and Wonwoo- and concluded with Call! Call! Call (Korean Version).

Furthermore, the performance team’s song Spell was covered by the Hip-hop team. The performance team covered the vocal team’s track Cheers to youth. Meanwhile, the vocal team performed the Hip-hop team’s song LALALI.

This is one of the most anticipated segments of the CARAT LAND 2024, where the members play a game called Game.Zip in two teams. The losing team has to dance to K-pop songs by other artists that do not suit the members individually.

The team, including Jeonghan, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, and Dino, lost the game and performed their respective unfit songs. In particular, Wonwoo gained attention for his version of Queencard by (G)I-DLE. Meanwhile, S.Coups performed Smart by LE SSERAFIM, which went viral on social media as fans anticipated a long time back.

DK also surprised fans with fake abs during his performance of Guilty by Taemin, and Joshua rapped to Stray Kids’ God’s Menu.

During the random songs segment, they performed Crazy In Love and NO F.U.N from their previously released albums. They also sang the song God of Light Music, a trot version of their song God of Music created during a special Going Seventeen episode.

Before the conclusion, fans sang along to the song Ima - Even If The World Ends Tomorrow as a part of the Carat event for the SEVENTEEN. The group witnessed slogans and messages from fans in different languages through VCR screens.

During his speech, the leader of the group S.Coups stated:

“We never take your love for granted it is something to learn from its that sort of mindset i believe.. We appreciate your love for us but i want you to love yourself too. you are all, each and every one, so precious to seventeen.”

Meanwhile, the SVT TOUR FOLLOW AGAIN concert movie is scheduled to be premiered on August 21, 2024, on limited screens.
