On May 27, 2024, South Korean media outlet Kookmin Ilbo reported that Hoshi from SEVENTEEN purchased a $3.7 million apartment in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Hoshi paid 5.1 billion won ($3.7 million) in April of last year for a 1603.82 square feet unit that was reserved just for Brighten N40. The registration was finished by the end of July 2023, making him the youngest purchaser at 26 years old. According to records from the Supreme Court registry, Hoshi completed the purchase of his unique 1603.82 square feet (149 square meters) apartment at Brighten N40 and chose not to get a mortgage.
South Korean entertainer and broadcaster Yoo Jae-Seok is reported to own a penthouse property in Brighten N40 which is a luxurious residential building at Gangnam's Hannam The Hill. Brighten N40 also has luxury residential properties in Paris, Nice, London, Venice, and Milan.
