“Smash hit”- Fans react as LE SSERAFIM team up with PinkPantheress to release ‘Crazy’ remix

On September 4, 2024, LE SSERAFIM and PinkPantheress unveiled a remix of the K-pop group's comeback title track CRAZY, garnering a lot of hype from netizens. She has two full verses and also has given vocals for the last chorus.

With the addition of PinkPantheress's unique lyricism and vocals, the fans were amazed and showered with praises on social media platforms. A part of her second verse reads:

"Ah, it's like we're almost there and then I turn around and you're not there anymore/ But how could you leave me in the club?/ Okay, I guess you must've had enough/ You were on fire, lost in your desire/ I'm leaving later in case it gets better/ If you're down to ride, everyone we know is out tonight..."

LE SSERAFIM fans complimented the song with with many claiming it a "collaboration of history". Taking up to X (formerly Twitter), one fan said:

"Smash hit!"

"This will be the collaboration of history. This year is definitely LE SSERAFIM's," another fan reiterated.

"The way they ate this up," an X user commented.

"can’t believe they got pink on crazy bro no way," another fan said.

"Sounds so good together," one netizen commented.

Fans further complimented the pop artist for her versatility and ability to sound flawless on any given beat while maintaining her style. Many even claimed that PinkPantheress's style and vibe owned the collaboration.

Surprised by the sudden drop of the collaboration, many fans revisited the times when LE SSERAFIM and PinkPantheress interacted in ways other than physical meet-ups.

Member of LE SSERAFIM, Yunjin met with the pop star in March 2024 wherein she posted a story with the Boy's A Liar singer on Instagram. This led fans to speculate that the collaboration was decided way before.

"The way this was all planned with so much time ahead of the release," aone fan said.

LE SSERAFIM's fourth mini-album

The K-pop girl group released its fourth mini-album CRAZY with the title track of the same name on August 30, 2024. It contains five tracks covering a range of styles including EDM, house, rock, and hip-hop.

Some other tracks include Chasing Lightning, Pierrot, 1-800-Hot-N-Fun, and Crazier. Personalities like 'Hitman' Bang, BloodPop, Omer Fedi, Leven Kali, Supreme Boi, and others have participated in the album.

Members Yunjin and Sakura have participated in writing the title track. Yunjin also participated in the production and writing of the song Crazier.

This comeback was much awaited by fans as the group found itself embroiled in many controversies and backlash. Meanwhile, the release of the Crazy remix also dropped a visualizer on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel, along with being released on all audio platforms.
