On Monday, December 2, BigHit Music released the Shooting Sketch of BTS' Taehyung and Park Hyo-shin's recent collaborative single, Winter Ahead. In the same, it was revealed that the crew members on the music video's set celebrated the idol's birthday in advance since his birthday fell after the kickstart of his military enlistment.

As seen in the Shooting Sketch, the staff members brought an SDT Care Bear-themed cake for the idol, gave him handwritten letters, and sang a birthday song to give him an early birthday celebration. Additionally, the shooting of the music video took place five days before his military enlistment.
Therefore, following the video's release, fans were happy about the love and appreciation Taehyung received at the MV set. Fans were also happy to see that the idol was celebrating his birthday beforehand. On November 29, BigHit Music released the official music video and track of BTS' Taehyung and Park Hyo-shin's collaborative single, Winter Ahead. The music video starred both artists and it was directed by, Lee Han-gyeol, who's shot several K-pop MVs like NewJeans' Ditto, Lee Youngji's Day&Night, etc.

However, this isn't the only release that the idol has in store for fans this winter. On December 6, Taehyung will be releasing his collaborative single, White Christmas with the late American actor and singer, Bing Crosby. On the other hand, the idol is currently enlisted in the military for his mandatory service.
He's a member of the South Korean military's 2nd Division Military Police Corps at the Ssangyong Unit in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. He's expected to be discharged in June 2025.
