Similarly, KBS announced it would not air its regular weekend programs according to their respective allotted schedules. SBS is reportedly considering canceling its planned entertainment shows for the day, including Running Man, My Ugly Duckling, and the “2024 SBS Entertainment Awards.”

The tragedy has also impacted the music industry, with SEVENTEEN's subunit BSS postponing the release of their new album, which was initially planned for December 29.
