The news was shared on November 2, 2024, through Coldplay’s official social media channels. Previously, fans speculated that BTS' Jin might appear, given the concert’s location in Seoul. Coldplay first hinted at a special guest back in September 2024.

Coldplay to perform with a K-pop girl group TWICE for the first time
