On January 9, 2025, BTS' Jungkook’s SEVEN Clean Version officially earned the KMCA Platinum Certification for amassing more than 100 million streams on South Korea's Circle Chart (formerly known as GAON). The idol’s latest milestone marked his first KMCA streaming certification as a K-soloist. BTS' Jungkook made his song SEVEN together with American rapper and singer Latto.

BTS' Jungkook’s SEVEN Clean Version was released as part of his solo album GOLDEN. Fans of Jungkook were overjoyed with his newest Platinum Certification. Consequently, his fans flooded the internet with their praises for the K-pop idol.

“Congratulations, Jungkook! SEVEN is truly a masterpiece, and this Platinum certification is so well-deserved! Proud to see your hard work and talent recognized on such a huge scale. Keep shining, Kookie!,” one user on X commented.

Many other reactions to BTS’ Jungkook’s latest achievement were seen online. While some emphasized how the idol “keeps making history,” others referred to him as “main pop boy.”

Some claimed that BTS' Jungkook is the “most successful Asian soloist,” while others seemed “incredibly proud” of the singer.

Jeon Jungkook’s debut solo album GOLDEN debuted on November 3, 2023, featuring a compilation of eleven tracks. The album’s track SEVEN, featuring Latto, was the pre-release song of his album that dropped on July 14, 2023. SEVEN was released in both Explicit and Clean Versions. Currently, Jungkook is fulfilling his military obligations, following his enlistment in December 2023. He is projected to be discharged in June this year.
