On August 2, 2024, BTS was crowned the first Asian act to spend 1000 days on the Spotify United States Artists Chart, leaving fans proud. They emerged as the only Asian and Korean act to achieve the mentioned milestone in the history of the Spotify US Artists Chart. The group continued to cement their status as an influential and sought-after artist in the United States as the fans continued to stream their songs despite military service.

Soon, the seven-member group's milestone went viral on social media. The fandom ARMYs expressed their pride in members Kim Namjoon, Kim Seok-jin, Suga, j-hope, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook. Subsequently, an X user tweeted:

"That's a huge success."

Netizens expressed their pride in BTS members and bragged about how the group continued to top the charts despite their temporary hiatus. Many fans also encouraged each other to stream the group members' solo projects while the band continued to top the charts.

"Woweee so proud of you guys," a fan reacted.
"YESSIRRRRRRRRRRRR big congrats to our dearest Bangtan!!," a fan shared.

Netizens flaunted how BTS was the only group that could top the charts despite the band's hiatus. The group continued to spend 1000 days on Spotify's US Artists Chart since the day it was created. ARMYs also praised the impact and influence of their music in the industry.

Kim Namjoon, Kim Taehyung, j-hope, Suga, Jungkook, and Jimin began their mandatory military service and are currently fulfilling their duties as citizens. Meanwhile, Jin was officially discharged from military service on June 12, 2024, after serving as an active-duty soldier for eighteen months.
