BTS' Kim Seok-jin will reportedly appear on the Japanese show, 24-hour TV, on August 31, 2024. According to Star News, the Epiphany singer-songwriter dominated several global search engine rankings like Yahoo, X, and more, after his appearance was confirmed on Everyone's Zoo.

For the uninitiated, Everyone's Zoo is a segment from the Japanese show, 24-hour TV, which is a huge charity show in Japan. 24-hour TV show every year from August 31 to September 1 on Japan's Nippon Television (NTV).

Meanwhile, Star News reported that the BTS idol's appearance on the show has stirred Japan's online community. The singer ranked No. 1 on Yahoo Japan searches and across Jin-gun—Japan's largest portal site. The BTS idol also topped the portal, Tsuiran Japan, as people looked him up online. One fan wrote on X,

Fans flooded X, praising the Epiphany singer-songwriter and his global popularity.

"The fact that the show is fundraising for a good cause and Seokjin chose to go to them," one fan wrote.
"Jin is the prince of Japan. He is a superstar their they love him," another fan added.
"WHEN ON EARTH DID HE HAVE TIME TO GO TO JAPAN? THE MAN DOESNT SLEEP FR," another fan commented.

Others wondered if the BTS star had the time to rest after his military discharge as he has been busy filming content for his fans.

"Has he rested since discharge? Love you...I know you’re doing it for us," one fan said.
"We will gonna watch this show about Seokjin take care of rescue animals," another fan remarked.
"JIN is this amazing man who loves so much his ARMYs that he decided to work daily since his discharge just for making them happy to discover many shows. How much we love him! We are so grateful," one other fan wrote.

Japanese variety and charity program, Everyone's Zoo, was previously hosted by the country's renowned emcee, Shimura Ken. Post his death, the show has been hosted by Masaki Aiba, an idol from the Japanese idol group, Arashi. Masaki Aiba is a singer, actor, television personality, radio host, and dancer. He debuted in 1999 and became the show's host in 2004.

Meanwhile, the BTS vocalist and group's visual was seen interacting and petting the dogs at the show, which delighted fans and Japan's netizens. Star News reported that the episode was filmed in South Korea.

The episode will show Aiba and the BTS singer taking care of abandoned dogs, bathing and petting them. He also bought items and toys for the dogs before donating them to pet shelters. The show will air on August 31, 2024, at 5:30 PM KST.


In other news, the BTS idol is reportedly set to release his debut solo album by the end of 2024. He will also feature on MBC's variety show, Half-star Hotel in Lost Island, which will be released on August 19, 2024, on Apple TV and Wavve.

Furthermore, he will be featured on the cover of Harper's BAZAAR Korea's September issue, which sold out the moment pre-orders opened.
