On January 16, 2025, BIGHIT Music released multiple concept posters for BTS' Taehyung’s upcoming solo project Rêvé. The concept pictures featured the Winter Ahead vocalist in long coats, jackets, shirts, and ties combined with his blonde hair.
Kim Taehyung’s latest project, titled Rêve, has been scheduled to be released on February 3, 2025. The photos released ahead of the project release impressed the idol’s fans. As a result, BTS' Taehyung’s admirers swamped the internet with their admiration for his different looks. One user on X commented:

BTS' Taehyung’s Rêvé’s initial announcement came on January 12
The first announcement of V’s Rêvé was made on January 12, 2025, the group’s official social media account. The teaser poster featured the project’s name, Rêvé, which was written in stylistic form, along with a poetic French tagline that translates into:
“That feeling of freedom I felt in Paris, the instant beauty, a dreamy scene from the look of V.”
Following this, the label shared the news of the commencement of pre-orders for Rêvé photobook via the Weverse shop. The preorders, which started on January 14 at 11:00 AM, will continue until February 2 at 11:59 PM (KST).
Earlier, on November 29, 2024, BTS' Taehyung dropped his duet, Winter Ahead, with Park Hyo-shin. V also presented his specially created version of Bing Crosby’s classic song, White Christmas, which was dropped on December 6, 2024.
Currently, BTS' Taehyung is enlisted in Korea’s compulsory military service. He started his service in December 2023 and is heading towards his military discharge in June 2025.
