On January 9, 2025, Korean media publication Maeil News reported that ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo is currently in talks to lead the new Hong Sisters’ drama opposite the actress Go Min-si. As stated by Cha Eun-woo’s agency, Fantagio, the actor is positively reviewing the proposal received from Hong Sisters.
"Cha Eun-woo recently received a proposal to appear in a new work by the writer Hong sister and is positively reviewing it,” Fantagio stated.
Following the news, Go Min-si and Cha Eun-woo's fans flooded the internet with their enthusiasm and appreciation for the cast. One user on X stated:
