On Saturday, September 7, the first day of The Fact Music Awards 2024 came to an end, revealing a list of winners who won the first-day categories. Some of them include BTS' V, Stray Kids, Lim Young-woong, etc. The event, for the first time in its history, was held outside South Korea, at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan.
It was organized by The Fact and Fan N Star and was created to honor the great contributions of the Hallyu Wave. Hallyu Wave is a term used to describe the growing and influential impact of South Korean popular culture on a global scale. Therefore, several K-pop artists who've added to the Hallyu Wave in the past year were nominated and subsequently awarded at The Fact Music Awards 2024.

While Kep1er rolled out the opening performance for the event, several other K-pop artists like NewJeans, aespa, and NCT WISH are scheduled to perform on the event's second day.
