BTS' Jungkook's YouTube channel, Bam's Dad, reportedly dedicated to his dog Bam, has already qualified for the Silver Play Button. YouTube awards this accolade to channels that surpass 100,000 subscribers. The BTS idol's channel achieved this feat without a single video upload, highlighting the significant support from his fanbase, known as ARMY.

Fans are eagerly anticipating the content the K-pop sensation may possibly share on the platform, likely centered around his Doberman, Bam, a beloved presence in BTS' In the SOOP reality series.

As of December 9, 2024, the channel has surpassed 479,000 subscribers. The news broke when the BTS idol added the YouTube channel link to his pet dog's Instagram bio a day before. Fans flooded social media and one fan lauded his global "power."

"2 hours after he made his youtube account public and he already got 100k subscribers plus a youtube silver play button~ and he hasn’t posted any content yet!! Jeon Jungkook~ the power that you have!!!"

The viral attention surrounding his YouTube channel reflects the fan's support for the BTS member, in all his endeavors.

"Without publishing any video, youtube can already give jungkook his silver button, the real dream," one fan wrote.
"jungkook’s youtube channel just hit 100K subscribers within a day of launching—claiming that shiny silver play button already," another fan added.
"With Jungkook Bam YouTube channel reaching 100K subscribers like this, he can already have that beautiful silver play button. Oh JK, the power you have! It has been 2 HOURS only since this acc was found!" one other fan stated.

While fans waited for updates on his channel, they discussed that if the idol had posted a short clip, then he would have achieved YouTube's Gold Play Button within a day as well.

"Without even a single clip posted. That’s so iconic of him," one fan said.
"He would've gotten the second one fast if there was a video on the channel," another fan remarked.
"Wow congratulations Jungkook, Bam's daddy," another fan added.
