“The project ended up being incredible”- French Model Aida shares her experience starring on BTS’ Taehyung’s ‘Winter Ahead’ MV

On Friday, November 29, French model Aida, who starred in the music video for BTS' Taehyung and Park Hyo-shin's Winter Ahead, released an Instagram post sharing her experience working on the track's music video. She talked about how she was chosen for the role two years ago and appreciated the idol and his team for the efforts they put into the project.

Following the release of the Winter Ahead music video on November 29, the model began to gain much recognition from netizens for her work in the same. Subsequently, she released the post as a token of gratitude, also featuring a few behind-the-scenes from the music video's set. Here's what she captioned her recent Instagram post:

“2 years ago I was chosen to be part of one of the most beautiful projects alongside a passionate and hardworking artist @thv. The team was so kind, the place enchanting and the project end[ed] up being incredible. Thanks again for the trust and now for the love and support I’m receiving! Super emotional to see all your messages. Grateful me.”

All you need to know about BTS' Taehyung's solo activities

BTS' V, or Kim Taehyung, is a 28-year-old South Korean singer housed under HYBE Labels. The idol is a dancer, vocalist, and visual of the K-pop boy group BTS, which debuted in 2013. While he continues to execute his activities as a BTS member, he also kickstarted his solo career in September 2023.

Taehyung released his debut solo album, Layover, in September 2023, dedicated to the relationship he shared with his pet dog, Yeontan. The idol followed up the release with a single in March 2024 called FRI(END)S. While he didn't release any music in the following months, the singer did roll out other content.

He released a photobook called Type 1 in July 2024, which showcases and documents his solo journey. Following the same, he released a vinyl version of his solo album Layover in October, which showed a massive global demand by selling out multiple times, both provincially and in countries like the US and UK.

Most recently, Taehyung released a single with Park Hyo-shin on November 29, called Winter Ahead. On November 21, 2024, BigHit Entertainment talked about the song's genre and theme on BTS' Weverse page, stating:

"Winter Ahead with Park Hyo-shin is a jazz-pop song with a heavy vibe that showcases the peaceful voice colors of the two artists. The song sings that happiness can be found in being with someone on your side. As you listen to the song by V, we hope you wrap up the year warmly with your loved ones."

The music video for the track starred both artists and was directed by Lee Han-gyeol.

In other latest news, Taehyung is expected to release another collaborative single with the late American singer and actor Bing Crosby. This collaboration was done posthumously and is scheduled to be released on December 6. Meanwhile, the idol is currently enlisted in the military for his mandatory service.
