On Sunday, November 10, 2024, the Korean Business Research Institute published its latest report, November’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups, with BLACKPINK on top of the list. aespa, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, and (G)I-DLE held the next four spots.

According to the statistics, BLACKPINK led the way with a 224.63% gain since October, totaling 12,644,046 points. The top phrases in their keyword evaluation were "Rosé," "APT.," and "syndrome." In addition, closely linked terms were "record," "delightful," and "happy." The group also achieved a positive opinion score of 94.58%, indicating a significant positive response from the public.

Despite being on hiatus, the group's most recent achievement pleased its admirers. Many fans pointed out that the top rankings followed the success of Rosé's most recent single, APT, which was released in collaboration with Bruno Mars. As a result, fans flooded the internet with appreciation for BLACKPINK, highlighting Rosé's impact on brand reputation rankings. One of them on X wrote:

“The Rosé affect lol”

Many other mixed responses from the girl group’s admirers were seen online. While one claimed that they topped the rankings due to their solo activities, another lauded the group as the “Biggest Girl Group in the World.”

“So basically this brand reputation carried by rosé,” a fan wrote.
“Blackpink on top with 12.6m points just because of their solo activities,” expressed an admirer.
“blackpink at #1 is when you get an A+ as an incentive for being the star quarterback of your university despite being absent for the whole semester,” commented a fan.
“without comeback and look at the gap wow blackpink you always be famous,” remarked a follower.

Some other K-pop fans emphasized the gap between the scores of first and second place. aespa was in second place here.

“Biggest than K-Pop, The Biggest Girl Group In The World,” stated an admirer.
“Look at the gap. They should have ended them when they had a chance but they missed it “again”. Blackpink won’t have mercy when they comeback and I can’t wait to see it,” complimented another fan.
“ROSÉ APT impact make a huge different points between number 1 and 2 @ygent_official supposedly know how to appreciate Rosé when she was yg artist at that time,” another admirer stated.

Rosé dropped the pre-release single, titled APT, in collaboration with Bruno Mars on October 18, 2024. This track belongs to the eagerly awaited solo album of the K-pop idol, Rosie, which will debut on December 6, 2024. The song, which was released without any promotion, has achieved significant milestones so far.

Rosé achieved a milestone on November 5, 2024, by reaching the highest monthly Spotify listeners of all time. She became the first female K-pop soloist to reach over 41.4 million listeners on streaming platforms.

APT had the largest streaming week in Billboard Global 200 history, with over 224 million plays. The song exceeded BLACKPINK's Pink Venom, which received more than 212 million streams within weeks of its debut in 2022. Rosé turned out to be the first female artist to obtain a 'Perfect All Kill' (PAK) as both a band member and a solo artist for APT.

Any composition is certified 'Perfect All Kill' if it leads MelOn's Daily chart, Top 100 charts, Genie, VIBE's daily chart, Bugs' Daily chart, YouTube Music's Top Songs chart, FLO, and iChart's real-time lists.

As of this writing, APT's music video has received over 314 million views on YouTube in less than a month since its debut.
