BIGHIT MUSIC recently released the TYPE 1 photo book featuring BTS’ Kim Taehyung and it has been garnering heaps of attention from netizens online. On July 9, the highly anticipated TYPE 1 photo book with 224 pages was made available for fans to purchase and it included exclusive images of the BTS vocalist.
Fans who were able to get their hands on the photo book shared some glimpses on social media. These images quickly began circulating among the Layover singer's fans, who praised him for his looks. They reacted to the viral pictures online and called the photo book "art."

“I just woke up and got attacked by THE KIM TAEHYUNG!! he's so beautiful and ethereal and how is he even real?!” a fan wrote.
Fans were also reminded of when Kim Taehyung said on Suchwita that Chapter 2 had nothing to do with BTS members taking their shirts off. Social media users reacted hilariously to the viral photos as most of the images showcased V without a shirt.
“He who said that chapter 2 has nothing to do with taking shirts off now has the most shirtless photos among all the members,” a user said.
“Why he always chooses to do the opposite… My stomach is having all the possible butterflies in the world,” a fan wrote.

According to the agency, the BTS member has contributed to the production, planning, curation, and other elements that would make the photo book a delightful experience for fans.

Furthermore, July 9 holds a special space in BTS members' and ARMY's hearts as this was the day the fandom was given its official name. This photo book was released as a gift for fans on their anniversary.
Another magazine version of TYPE 1 with 152 pages will be released on August 6, 2024.
