On November 28, 2024, Stray Kids' Han revealed the music video teaser for his forthcoming solo track Hold my hand from the band's album SKZHOP HIPTAPE 合 (HOP) through the official X account. The latest clip sent the internet into a meltdown.
The thirty-second teaser kick-started showcasing Han playing the music system. It transitioned, showcasing the artist in different outfits standing in various places, including a bridge, terrace, and other places. It further provided a chaotic side to the Stray Kids' member, where he played with musical instruments. The idol was also featured working continuously on something related to Hold My Hand.
Subsequently, the teaser for the forthcoming track circulated on social media and went viral among the fandom.

The fandom showered praise for Stray Kids' Han's creative minds and incorporated elements in the teaser that resonated with his personality. They appreciated the aesthetic of the clip.

Stray Kids' Han officially debuted as a member of the band on March 25, 2018, with the release of their extended play I Am Not through JYP Entertainment. Before his debut, the male artist participated in the survival program Stray Kids, where he received praise from the agency's CCO Park Jin-young.
He was honored with the title of being the youngest member of the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA) in February 2023. The male artist has also been part of the band's production team named 3Racha, along with Bang Chan and Changbin. He has been credited with the release of multiple recordings, including Zone, We Go, Close, I Got It, Gone Away, and others.
