On September 10, 2024, BIGHIT MUSIC released episode 5 of RUN JIN, titled A Dangerous Invitation from Jin 2, on the YouTube channel BANGTANTV. During the latest episode of his ongoing variety show, the Epiphany singer-songwriter revealed that he has never been asked out on a date by someone.

The BTS ARMY were stunned to come across this revelation and the clip went viral online. They joked that the Epiphany singer-songwriter must have been lying while others hilariously tweeted on X that they had been asking him out on a date for ages but the idol never checked their comments. The BTS ARMY joked that if the singer checked his DMs on Instagram, he would realize how many fans have been asking him out daily.
