On September 2, 2024, SimInvest released its second ad of the 'Experience Limitless' campaign featuring BTS' Kim Taehyung (V) and Hong Kong and Hollywood veteran, Jackie Chan.
The Indonesian platform for investing in stocks and mutual funds, SimInvest, announced the addition of Jackie Chan as a new global brand ambassador alongside V of BTS, in March 2024. The company aired its first 'Experience Limitless' campaign ad showcasing the duo's unique friendship in a one-minute video commercial.
With the latest ad, fans became frenzied as the clip went viral online. One fan wrote on X,
"This collab will definitely be one for the history books!"

The BTS fans reunited under the Instagram post of SimInvest and also flooded X with their excitement for the new ad campaign.
"If you had told me 5 years ago.. that I'd see taehyung with jackie chan one day .. I would have called you crazy .. ICONIC," one fan wrote on X.
"I’d love to see Jackie Chan and Kim Taehyung in a movie together. For now, we have their ads to enjoy!" another fan wrote.
"We’re getting more of this iconic duo," another fan added.
Others praised the duo playing tennis in the new ad and highlighted how both BTS' V and Jackie Chan made the ad "special."

President Commissioner of Sinarmas Sekuritas (parent company of SimInvest) and Director of Sinar Mas Multiartha, Ferita Lie, described the inclusion of Jackie Chan as their brand ambassador as a representation of a more senior clientele.
Ferita Lie underscored V's global popularity among the youth and believed that Jackie Chan's legacy would help create an impressionable synergy with the BTS phenomenon.
"Over the last 2 years, SimInvest has grown very rapidly thanks to the presence of V, who has a loyal fan base among young people. But we can’t stop presenting new things, that’s why we chose Jackie Chan as the second brand ambassador, side by side with V to represent a more senior group."
Ferita Lie continued:

For the unversed, one of the biggest conglomerates in Indonesia, Sinar Mas is the owner of SimInvest and operates in several industries, including real estate, banking, agribusiness, telecommunications, and mining. The BTS phenomenon was introduced as SimInvest's brand ambassador in March 2023.
In other news, BTS' V enlisted in the South Korean military on December 11, 2023, alongside his bandmate, Kim Namjoon (RM). Both BTS members are set to be discharged in June 2025.
