On Thursday, July 4, BLACKPINL's Lisa was accused of alleged plagiarism by Gabriel Moses, Travis Scott's videographer who shot and edited the FE!N music video. He uploaded a series of stories explaining how the K-pop idol and her team used an editing technique for the ROCKSTAR music video without his permission or giving him any credit for the same.
Gabriel Moses also explained that he came to know about the same because of the several messages and emails he received from his fans who explained that a female artist allegedly stole his idea for her solo song's music video. He not only uploaded stills from FE!N and ROCKSTAR's music videos for a side-by-side comparison but also warned that Lisa and her team have until the end of this month to respond and fix the issue.
Following the videographer's post on the internet, fans were naturally upset and angered at the K-pop idol regarding the plagiarism allegations. Here's how fans and netizens reacted to the issue,
"Disgusting behaviour im glad they calling her out and she not getting away with it," said a netizen
"Its sick and disgusting how she always does this to and never gets called out by her deranged fans," added another netizen

More netizens came forward to express that the idol holds an alleged reputation for copying styles and ideas from black artists.
"Remember when lisa fans said her having darker skin in her cb photoshoot was because its her SEA/Southeast Asian skin tone when its just her black/brownfishing as usual," said a netizen
"Her cosplaying as darkskin whole along while stealing from black folks n payola finna getting back at ha a$s lmaoo," added another netizen

Gabriel Moses, Travis Scott FE!N's videographer, uploads Instagram stories, calling out BLACKPINK Lisa's ROCKSTAR for alleged plagiarism
On July 4, Gabriel Moses uploaded a series of four stories on his Instagram page. The first was a still from the FE!N music video, and the second was still from the ROCKSTAR music video. Gabriel Moses uploaded the two stories one after the other to showcase the use of an editing technique, where people's faces are quickly transitioned from one to the next one, in both music videos.
However, since it was first seen and recognized in the FE!N music video, Gabriel Moses demanded his due credit from BLACKPINK's Lisa and her team for its usage in the ROCKSTAR music video. The third story was a screenshot of a fan mailing him regarding the alleged plagiarism. The main held its subject as "A female artist imitating your work without giving you credits."
Here's what the mail read:
"I used to listen to FEIN by Travis Scott, I noticed that a female artist (Lisa from BLACKPINK) blatantly imitated a clip from FEIN's mv which bothered me because her team did not give credit to you or Travis Scott especially since the artist tried more than once to imitate the style of black artists. I hope you take this seriously, thank you."
Gabriel Moses captioned the screenshot of the above mail he received with the following,
"I got mad love for all my snitches man."
His fourth Instagram story stated he's willing to wait until the end of July for a proper response from the K-pop idol and her team.
