BTS J-Hope joined the fans as they celebrated the release of BTS Jin's Super Tuna special video by posting entertaining memes on Weverse. The 30-year-old rapper took to Weverse to show appreciation for his fellow member's song and their fans' creativity.

On October 10, the Super Tuna singer announced the release of Super Tuna's full version sending the entire fandom into a frenzy. On October 11, 2024, the singer dropped the special video relaying a love story between the 32-year-old singer and a tuna accompanied by vibrant yet hilarious visuals.

The comical visuals allowed fans to churn out entertaining memes that caught the eye of BTS J-Hope on Weverse. The rapper dropped playful comments under the memes and images the fans on Weverse. One of his comments displayed his sheer surprise towards Jin's love for tuna.

A fan posted a screenshot from the Super Tuna music video depicting Jin's proposal to the fish. The post was accompanied by a hilarious caption "Turns out my rival was tuna". Under this, J-Hope commented "Crazy" as he was unable to hold his surprise.

Under a meme showcasing the 32-year-old singer as a fish, a fan had captioned "What kind of fish is this?", to which J-Hope replied, "Fii~~sh...! Tuna...!". Later the fan reacted to his reply by commenting, "Isn't it a shark" and the rapper agreed by saying, "Indeed."

J-Hope will become the second BTS member to complete his mandatory military service. After eighteen months of service, J-Hope will be getting discharged on October 17, 2024.

BTS Jin's Super Tuna special video paves the way to a meme train

Jin has released the full version of his 2021 song Super Tuna. It is an upbeat song accompanied by a laid-back and playful music video. The video features serene and refreshing beachside as well as comical CG effects showcasing his love for the fish tuna. From its official announcement to the MV visuals, the singer has given his fandom a lot of scope to experiment and churn out entertaining memes.

Fans noticed that the Astronaut singer himself has taken inspiration from various popular memes during the direction of the special video.

During an impromptu LIVE session on Weverse on October 10, 2024, the singer announced the release of the full version of his song while serenading fans with a heartfelt rendition of the Happy Birthday song for Jimin who will be celebrating his 29th birthday on October 13.

The BTS singer originally released the song on December 4, 2021, with a music video on BANGTAN TV. Inspired by his love for fishing, he created the melody in just five minutes with his producer friend Bumzu.

Recently, he was named global ambassador for Gucci and Fred, and served as a torchbearer for South Korea at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.
