The video also showed Kim Jae-joong walking around empty spaces and crossing a door that radiated light as he walked on a road. He continued singing Hoper and seemingly conveyed hope to the listeners. Later in the video, the singer got into a car and went to a place that seemed significant to him.
When he reached the place, he entered a room and observed a white egg that was in a small cage. He then slept holding the egg tight to his chest as the scene transitioned and the egg cracked. The Hoper music video ended with the artist opening the window at night.
As soon as fans saw the video on Kim Jae-joong's YouTube channel, they were delighted and took to the comment section of the video to express excitement. They left positive comments with one person stating that they loved "both rock Jaejoong and ballad Jaejoong," as they appreciated the video.
