On July 15, 2024, a video of Stray Kids' member Felix went viral on the internet. The video shows him in a heartfelt interaction with a security guard during one of his performances at the 2024 BST Hyde Park.
The clip posted by an X user @hanniesflora gained widespread attention due to Felix's kind gesture and the security guard's flustered reaction. The security guard seemingly tried to avoid looking at Felix initially but failed when he tapped her shoulder. This cute interaction was praised by netizens and fans alike.
One of the STAY (Stray Kids' fandom) commented,
"This is so wholesome"
Other fans praised the security guard for maintaining her composure and expressed that she deserved appreciation for her hard work during such concerts, just like Felix did.
"She deserved it so much!! Talked a lot to her and she was sooo adorable !!" A user wrote.
"She's a stay too i think she looked WAYYYYY TOO HAPPY just to not know em. She deserves it!!!!", a fan commented.
"I’m goad (glad) she got to turn around atleast for a second. That’s going to be a core memory for a lifetime", another fan commented.
Some fans who saw the interaction online humorously joked about wanting to switch places with the guard and applying for the job themselves.
"sighs and applies for a security guard job", a fan joked.
"We all want to be her right now, she’s did great, glad she was able to interact closely with Felix. Look at Han & Binnie, they went there like little curious kids to see what’s going on with Felix! Love them so much!", a user wrote.
"Okay where do I apply to secure the stage (and the boys) in one or more of the US cities in the tour?", another user commented.
Users also observed that the singer's bandmates Changbin and Han noticed the cute interaction and joked about the situation.
"Not Changbin collecting him like “bro whatcha doing”, a user on X commented.
"CHANGBIN AND HAN GETTING CLOSE TOO WAAAA SO CUTEEE", a user wrote.
For those unaware, security personnel are present to manage the crowd and are generally not permitted to look at the stage. In the video, when the artist was dancing behind the security guard, although she seemed to have noticed, she did not look back.
She was also seen smiling all the while until Felix tapped her on the shoulder, at which point she acknowledged him, leading to the viral interaction.
