BIGHIT MUSIC has recently been facing backlash for announcing the second part of TXT's world tour right after their break in March 2025. On December 20, 2024, the agency announced the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT: PROMISE> - EP. 2 - IN INCHEON and EUROPE through its social media page. This will mark the second episode of their 2024 World Tour.

However, fans have expressed discontent with the agency's decision to continue the tour. On December 10, the agency announced that TXT would take a hiatus after their Golden Disc Awards appearance on January 5, 2025, and rest before returning.

Fans believed the break would be long, but as per the announcement, it appears to be for two months. BIGHIT MUSIC’s newly appointed CEO, Shin Seon-jeong, who was previously praised by fans for the group’s hiatus after the 2024 tour, is now in hot waters due to the announcement of the new tour dates.

"This is just soooo disappointing I thought the new ceo cared enough...," a fan said.
“Hahaha for real. When ppl keep praising the new ceo I was just like "don't hype her too soon... It just the beginning.." and now this. Haha,” another fan added.
“Y'all were celebrating and thanking the new ceo for nothing lmfao,” a user stated.

Some fans also accused BIGHIT MUSIC of being "money hungry" and threatened to boycott it.

“i’ve never seen a more money hungry company than bighit, a company that doesn’t give a sh*t about the well being of their artists. one of the members is in a hiatus and you said the whole group would have a decent rest after january,” a fan said.
“We don't need an endless world tour every single year bighit,” a fan added.
“So the long break is a month long. hybe being awful as usual. if y’all don’t boycott that company i swear,” a user commented.

Fans have expressed their concerns about the group members. Huening Kai had to leave mid-concert due to declining health, and TXT's leader, Soobin,, is on hiatus to recover his health.

“I thought "Long-Term Break" meant an actual LONG TERM BREAK Like didn't they JUST have their encore tour not too long ago? Isn't this too much? The members have been getting overworked and sick and you're telling me that this isn't enough for the company? GET IT TOGETHER BIGHIT,” a user wrote.
“one member is still on hiatus and you're already planning this instead of actually giving them space and time to actually rest like nobody wants this why can't you understand omg,” a user stated.

TXT members' health update: Huening Kai leaves mid-concert, Soobin on hiatus

On November 1, 2024, TXT's Huening Kai left the <ACT: PROMISE> ENCORE concert day 1 in Seoul due to indigestion. The agency issued a statement informing fans that the artist’s health is their priority despite his determination to participate in future concerts. Huening Kai returned to the stage on the third day of the Seoul encore concert on November 3.

On November 19, 2024, the agency announced Soobin's temporary hiatus due to health issues. Soobin took a break to recover his health, so he could not participate in the MAMA Awards performance, Japan offline events for fans, and ACT: PROMISE Japan encore concerts.

He penned a letter to his fans to inform them about the decision and revealed that he made it after discussing it with other members.

TXT's <ACT : PROMISE> - EP. 2

Before their long-term break, the group will appear at the Golden Disc Awards on January 5, 2025.

Following the hiatus, the <ACT: PROMISE> - EP. 2 will take place at Incheon Arena in Incheon on March 7, 8, and 9, 2025. TXT will then move on to the Europe tour to Barcelona on March 20, London on March 25, Berlin on March 27, and Amsterdam on April 4, 2025.
