The venue also hosts events like The Lotte World Tower Sky Run, encouraging people to meet at the top of the building through its staircase.

At the beginning of the RUN JIN episode, it was revealed that the idol thought it would be an interesting task. Although he mentioned this in passing, the staff took note and decided to present it as a New Year's gift for him. While climbing the stairs of Lotte World, the staff also mentioned that a guest would be joining him.
Initially, the idol felt bad about involving someone else in such a tiring task. However, when it was revealed that the guest was his best friend and South Korean singer Sandeul, both burst into laughter. Jin added that he no longer felt bad since it was Sandeul.
