On January 15, 2025, the South Korean media outlet Star News reported that BTS' Kim Taehyung's much-anticipated photobook Rêvé emerged as the No.1 best-selling photobook on multiple online sites, leaving the fandom proud. The new content drew a massive response from international and domestic audiences.
As soon as the pre-order for the photobook began on January 14, 2025, it reached the top of the bestseller list on the domestic online bookstores, including Yes24, Gmarket, Weverse Shop, and Kakao Talk. Subsequently, Japan's largest online shopping mall Rakuten placed Rêvé from first to third place.
It is to be noted that Rêvé also reached No.1 on Qoo10's bestseller list. Japan's official Weverse sales site also witnessed that the product was sold out despite being a pre-order. It also went out of stock on Weverse Global.
According to the outlet, due to a large influx of pre-orders and traffic, Universal Music Japan's official website became inaccessible for a while. Later, UMJ officially announced that the photobook went out of stock. The photo book was the No.1 best-selling product on the website in the last twenty-four hours.
Subsequently, its second round of sales further debuted at the No.2 position on the chart. It was also ranked first in the bestseller list among all the categories and first in most searches among all the available content on UMJ Japan.
BTS' Kim Taehyung's latest achievement circulated on social media and went viral among the fandom. They expressed pride in the artist, and an X user tweeted:

On January 13, 2025, BigHit Music announced the release of BTS' Kim Taehyung's photobook Rêvé through Weverse. The upcoming product will showcase the dreamy journey of the male artist when he traveled to Paris. It captures the special hours of freedom enjoyed by him in the city of Paris.
According to the press release, the collection featured an outer box, an exotic and vintage look with 113 pages doubling as a postcard. It will contain cutout cards, magnets, and keychains, which have been inspired by the indigenous Parisian spirit. Each piece has been crafted taking into consideration the special memories of V for ARMYs.
Kim Taehyung's Rêvé photobook is slated to premiere on March 6, 2025.
