On Wednesday, December 25, BTS' Taehyung shared an Instagram story featuring Park Hyo-shin’s latest Salon Drip episode. The Winter Bear vocalist, who is currently serving his term in army service, was watching the Salon Drip episode from his military dormitory. Park Hyo-shin’s episode came out on Christmas Day.

In the episode, Hyo-shin promoted his collaborative track with BTS’ Taehyung, dubbed Winter Ahead. The duo’s joint track was released on November 29, 2024. During their chat, the show’s host gave Hyo-shin a life-sized cardboard cutout of Taehyung. Therefore, Hyo-shin’s image featuring the cutout, and Salon Drip host appeared on Taehyung’s Instagram story.

BTS' Taehyung’s fans seemed surprised when they noticed that the singer was watching the episode from his dormitory during the holiday season. Fans swamped the internet with their questions about the BTS member’s Christmas break.

“Wait he’s not on break??” one user on X asked.

Many other mixed responses from BTS' Taehyung’s admirers were seen online. While some emphasized his hard work in his ongoing military service, others hoped that the singer spent his holiday well.

“He was the only BTS member who worked hard as he served his military service! Hats off to you, CAPTAIN Taehyung! Enjoy Christmas while serving your country! I hope you will be free on your birthday to be with your family and friends!,” a fan stated.
“Awwwn, he's in the barracks still? Hope your Christmas is going well Bob,” commented another fan.
