On October 23, 2024, BANGTAN TV's official YouTube channel dropped Bangtan Bomb titled "j-hope Reunites with Jin at the Discharge ceremony." In the latest episode, BTS' Jin shared his perspective on j-hope's discharge ceremony, sending the fandom into a frenzy. In the clip, the artist was interviewed in the vehicle about j-hope's military discharge.

When asked if he had prepared something for Jung Ho-seok, Jin responded,

"That's totally not necessary. Even if it isn't necessary to prepare anything, I've prepared a bouquet as big as Hobi."

BTS' Jin further elaborated on how he felt following his discharge from the military. He said that he felt like the main character and that it was difficult to pay attention to anything. He added,

"Once you stand there after being stuck inside for so long, you get nervous and all you're thinking is, "Wow, I'm finally getting out of here." You don't really notice your surroundings. That's why I don't really remember what happened when the members came to see me though I vividly remember what happened after going back to company headquarters. But later on when I saw photos of the members in the news they were just hugging each other."

BTS' Jin's perspective regarding j-hope's discharge ceremony went viral on social media. The fandom could not stop gushing over his response and the latest BANGTAN BOMB. An X user tweeted:

"OMGGG WE'RE GETTING A BANGTAN BOMB AFTER SO MANY MONTHS ..... I'M GONNA CRY."

The fandom stated that they were elated to listen to the idol's idea about having a bouquet. They were also happy about the beautiful insight he shared.

"There is so much in there Thank you for that beautiful insight of that special moment," a fan reacted.
"It was Jin's idea to have such a big bouquet of flowers. Hobi also has an oh look on his face. I'm laughing because I remember it being called a bazooka bouquet," a fan shared.
"Jin looking so filthy rich during that interview in the car and then saying he wore the fanciest clothes he owns. This is so Jin," a fan commented.

Many fans also expressed their excitement of getting a new Bangtan Bomb featuring the group member.

"FINALLY A BANGTAN BOMB OF A DISCHARGE because there is a civilian member already," a user reacted.
"The fact that they could film this one cause no enlisted member was there what a bittersweet thing," a user shared.
"The love I have for these men is so indescribable. Never in the decades I've been on this planet, hanging out in subcultures void of flashy celebrities, did I ever think I'd be gushing over young worldwide [K]pop stars lovingly greeting one another after serving their country," a user commented.
