The highly anticipated Korean remake of You Are the Apple of My Eye, starring Jinyoung of B1A4 and TWICE's Dahyun, has fans excited after Studio Take released the first trailer. The movie will premiere at the 29th Busan International Film Festival, as reported on September 3. Officially invited to the World Premiere section of the Korean Cinema Today Panorama segment, the film released a special poster and teaser, highlighting its nostalgic and heartwarming vibe.
The poster of You Are the Apple of My Eye features bright, youthful visuals of Jinyoung, Dahyun, and their friends in school uniforms against a clear blue sky. The accompanying teaser shows moments of the two together in school as they get closer. It offers scenes where the group of friends is shown having fun.

The upcoming film You Are the Apple of My Eye, produced by Studio Take and slated for a 2025 release marks the feature debut of director Cho Young-myung, who has previously directed short films such as 202 201 and Magwon.
In this coming-of-age drama, Kim Da-hyun takes on the role of Seon-ah, a popular school beauty, while Jung Jin-young plays Jin-woo, a character who initially resists developing feelings for Seon-ah. However, after being assigned to sit together by their teacher, the two begin to fall in love, though their differing personalities and perspectives create challenges in their relationship in You Are the Apple of My Eye.
Jung Jin-young, who made his acting debut in the drama She Is Wow in 2013, has since gained recognition for his roles in Sweet Home, The Dude in Me, and Love in the Moonlight. His performance in these projects earned him the Best New Actor award at the 2016 KBS Drama Awards. Although this film will be Kim Da-hyun's first major drama role, she is also set to debut in Lee Seung-hoon's sports drama Sprint, as announced by JYP in May.
