Jeon Min-wook, or J-Min, was born on October 16, 1999, in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. He's a member of the K-pop boy group, BAE173, and was also part of the co-ed project group by PocketDol, A SIX, which also included Lee Han-bin and BAE173's Yoo Young-seo, his fellow Project 7 contestants.

He's also a former RBW Entertainment trainee and was a backup dancer for the K-pop girl group MAMAOO during his trainee period under the agency. Previously, he also participated in PEAK TIME, another K-pop reality survival show that debuted BAE173. In 2019, he appeared on Show Me The Money 8, and he also made his acting debut in 2023 with a Korean BL series, Love Class 2.
