On Wednesday, September 4, SM Entertainment and APPLEWOOD released a statement stating the cancellation of EXO's Suho’s Europe and Dubai tours. These events were scheduled from September 10 to September 20.

The tour has been canceled due to insufficient preparations by the local promotor. The official announcement released on APPLEWOOD’s social media page reads,

“We regret to inform you that the 2024 SUHO CONCERT SU:HOME IN EUROPE(LONDON, PARIS, DÜSSELDORF, BERLIN, WARSAW) & DUBAI, scheduled from September 10th to 20th, 2024, has been canceled due to insufficient preparations by the local promoter.”

It further continues,

“SM Entertainment and APPLEWOOD are deeply saddened by this decision. However, it was made with the utmost priority given to the safety of the artist and the audience, as well as to ensure the quality of the concert for the fans. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

The Europe and Dubai tour cancellation notice by APPLEWOOD also mentioned the details about the ticket refunds, which would be done by the local promotor. Besides the notification, EXO's Suho also wrote an apologetic letter to his fans.

The cancellation of EXO's Suho's tours in Europe and Dubai has left his fans utterly disappointed. They inundated the internet with their irate comments and sentiments brimming with discontent.

“Why can't y'all contract reliable and efficient local promoters for Suho's event?”- a fan wrote.
“Sue the local promoter then @applewood_kr @weareoneEXO this negligence is unacceptable. A lot of people booked a flight ticket for this event. How are they going to compensate them???”- another fan commented.
“You can make 1 stop in Europe and another in Dubai so Exols can gather in one venue. Just think of other ways pls!”- requested another X user.

A lot of fans have voiced their outrage regarding the exertions and financial resources they have invested in making arrangements for the concert, merely for the team to subsequently cancel the event.

“We hate you - People booked flights, hotels, we took days off work for this … How could you pretend there are insufficient preparations, leading to a full cancellation, when you had several months ahead to prepare ?”- EXO's Suho's fan questioned.
“I spent more than 1500$ to achieve a dream of seeing Suho on stage. But that's nothing compared to my broken heart...”- Another fan commented.
“Disappointment of the year. I should have not trust SM after all the mess with the ticket issue before.”- stated another X user.
