They also added that if the agency doesn't meet the demands of the ultimatum, the group will be leaving the agency. Since November 28 marks the last day of the 14-day ultimatum, the members announced their departure through a press conference. However, they also addressed other issues and questions during the emergency press conference.

NewJeans announces their departure from ADOR through an emergency press conference
On November 28, NewJeans held an emergency press conference to announce their departure from ADOR. The decision to terminate their contract came after receiving an email from ADOR, which stated that the fourteen days ultimatum wasn't sufficient time to fulfill the members' demands.
Regardless, NewJeans stated that they will move forward with their initial plan to depart the agency if the ultimatum is unmet. Here's what they said at the press conference:
