On Wednesday, July 31, ADOR's Min Hee-jin took her Instagram account to post a handwritten letter she received from NewJeans' Danielle. The letter dated July 22, in which Danielle expressed her support to the ADOR CEO and stated that she and the other NewJeans members have always got her back.
She also commended Min Hee-jin for being a mother figure in the NewJeans members' lives. She continued to state that the CEO has been one of the most reliable adults in the girls' lives and that they are grateful for the same. Towards the end, she also empathized with Hee-jin for the several struggles she had this year.

"You have protected us and cared for us with everything you have. You are, indeed, like a mother to us and an incredible warrior. Haha. Every day, you light up our lives and make us happier! We love you, CEO-nim. Your love for the work you do is so genuine, and so the work moves people and bring joy to them! I’m so relieved and grateful to have someone so incredible like you by my side."
HYBE and ADOR's CEO Min Hee-jin have been in a feud since the beginning of April 2024. After holding an audit of ADOR, HYBE accused Min Hee-jin of several things, such as using a shaman for office reasons, leaking confidential documents, and spreading misinformation regarding HYBE and its artists, etc.
In response, ADOR also accused HYBE of the mistreatment of NewJeans, lack of compensation for the girl group's commercial success, subordinate contract practices, lack of financial transparency, etc. The two entered a legal battle and ADOR won the same because of HYBE's lack of evidence. However, the two parties still haven't officially reconciled and a cold air lingers between the two.
NewJeans' Danielle writes a letter to ADOR's CEO, Min Hee-jin
On July 31, Danielle's letter for the ADOR CEO was revealed through Min Hee-jin's personal Instagram. Here's what the letter read
"It’s Danielle! It has been two years already, hehe! You have been through the most, and I truly appreciate you! In the past short but long two years, a lot happened. It honestly feels like we have gone through everything that a group could possibly go through during a seven-year period, haha. Maybe this is how we block out bad luck?! Hehe."
She continued to talk about how she was saddened by the hardship that the CEO was undergoing and showcased her support towards Hee-jin.
"You’re the most reliable adult of all the adults in my life! I cannot fathom how much struggle you face each day, so it breaks my heart and makes me emotional when you don’t ever show us any of that and, instead, only shower us with love. CEO-nim, I hope you know that we’re all forever on your side. You’re our family!"
Danielle ended her letter by expressing that she and the other NewJeans members will stick by Min Hee-jin's side through all hardships.
"Whenever you need us, we’ll be there! And we want to be with you, no matter what choices we have to make.
