On November 6, 2024, @kchartsmaster, a page about Korean chart updates and award shows, reported that BABYMONSTER's latest track, Clik Clak, was banned by the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS). It was cited ineligible for broadcast by the KBS's music review team due to the references to luxury products.

For those unversed, Clik Clak violated KBS Broadcast Review Regulations Article 46. According to the clause, it restricted advertising elements and products in lyrics. Similarly, the track mentioned multiple luxury products, including Ferrari, Cartier, and others.

Clik Clak is a pre-release track from the band's first studio album, Drip. Its music video was released on the group's official YouTube handle. It featured nine tracks, including Clik Clak, Drip, Love Maybe, Really Like You, Billionaire, Love in My Heart, Woke Up in Tokyo (Ruka & Asa), Forever, and Batter Up (remix).

Subsequently, the news about KBS banning BABYMONSTER's latest track, Clik Clak, circulated on social media. The fandom could not stop contain their shock and disappointment, and an X user tweeted:

"your loss KBS!"

The fandom bragged about how Asa and the group member's rap had compelled KBS to ban the track Clik Clak. Many also stated that it was a sign for YG Entertainment to film a third music video for Drip's other tracks.

"asa gagged so hard they had to ban the whole song,"- a fan reacted.
"this is just a sign that yg should film a third mv for billionaire and promote it on music shows,"- a fan commented.
"All she did was open her mouth and boom they banned the whole song she joined Jennie in gagging kbs this year,"- a fan mentioned.

Many fans also stated that KBS needed to change its rules immediately.

"kbs's rules needs to be changed asap,"- a user reacted.
"KBS bans BABYMONSTER's ‘CLIK CLAK’ from broadcasting due to a brand mention. Even with limits, the buzz around this track keeps growing,"- a user shared.
"Even with the ban, BABYMONSTER's track CLIK CLAK will likely continue to gain popularity through other platforms,"- a user mentioned.
