Following their departure from ADOR, fans of NewJeans speculate that the members are likely to open their own personal Instagram account. This is so because their previous means of communication was an application called Phoning which is under ADOR.

After their press conference on November 28, NewJeans members especially Minji and Hanni sent many messages and memes to their fans as parting words. One of Minji's messages led fans to believe that the members would be opening their personal social media accounts.

NewJeans fans also known as Bunnies felt bittersweet as they rejoiced in the thought of possible social media accounts of the five members.
"Bunnies it’s looking like we may get those solo newjeans instagram accounts after all — this was not the way i wanted to get those ig accounts though," - a fan account posted.
"OMG I just used it for only 1 month. The experience is nice," - another fan said.
Bunnies shared their experience of using Phoning by posting some of their favourite moments. They posted screenshots of various messages and memes the members sent throughout these two years.

Other NewJeans members share their last messages on Phoning
During the press conference held by the New Jeans members on November 28, the members stipulated their plan to terminate their official contract with ADOR by midnight.
Hence, immediately after the conclusion of the conference, the members quickly made use of their last few hours on the application. They tried to reassure their fans by conveying encouraging words.
The youngest NewJeans member, Haein stated that she was grateful for her fans and that she along with the members will find a way to stay connected with the fans.

NewJeans Hanni shared various memes and a long message highlighting how using Phoning has been a joyous journey for her. She mentioned the technical disruptions such as wrong translations that have repead many memories for them and their fans despite the frustrations. She stated such technical difficulties made phoning what it was.
"despite phoning having a bit of wifi/internet technical difficulties, crashing sometimes and just a slightly wrong translations, this app was something that brought me so much joy to know that it was only for you guys and us!!... and honestly..... i wouldn't have it any other way. (...) i'm just so happy that it was a place we shared so well and that you got to truly experience and enjoy!!"
Hanni also consoled the fans that instead of fear, she felt nervous. She assured Bunnies that NewJeans would come back and surprise them after a short break.
She emphasised that their work as an idol is more than just a job, hence, the fans just need to believe in the five members. Lastly, she gave credit to the Phoning's media team for top-notch creative visuals.
The five members called an emergency press conference due to unaddressed grievances and irreparable trust issues between the company's management and the group.
They believed that ADOR lacked the will and capability to protect the members. After the group's departure, HYBE has reportedly lost $423 million in value, a plunge of 6.97%.
