On Friday, October 25, the South Korean reality survival show Project 7 rolled out its third episode. The series, which is aiming to build a seven-piece global boy group, officially kickstarted the contestants' performances following the initial rounds evaluation that was put forth in the first two episodes released on October 18.

For the third episode, the 99 contestants were tested on the essential qualities of a K-pop idol, such as vocal, rap, and dance. Therefore, a Position Match, consisting of these three categories was rolled. However, the third episode only revealed the Rap Position match between the contestants. A total of three groups rolled out their Rap performance.
