ZEROBASEONE confirmed Doctor! Doctor! as a pre-release track ahead of their fifth mini-album. The new EP follows Cinema Paradise, which featured the hit track Good So Bad and left a lasting impression on listeners.

Zerobaseone teases new single Doctor! Doctor! ahead of fifth EP release
On January 8, ZEROBASEONE unveiled a teaser image for their upcoming unnamed pre-release single titled Doctor! Doctor!, set to drop on January 20 at 6 p.m. KST. Just days later, on January 16, the South Korean boy group confirmed that Doctor! Doctor! would act as a prelude to their yet-to-be-named fifth mini-album. Scheduled for release on February 20, 2025, the single will also serve as the first track from their highly anticipated fifth Korean-language EP.
Adding to ZEROBASEONE fans' excitement, the single’s cover art was created by renowned Japanese manga artist Junji Ito, famous for his iconic horror stories such as Tomie, Uzumaki, and Gyo. The artwork captures Ito's signature eerie style, portraying a person lying on an examination table, clutching their chest in distress, with a doctor ominously looming in the background.
For the unversed, ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) is a South Korean boy group formed through Mnet's Boys Planet and debuted on July 10, 2023. The group comprises nine members: Kim Ji-woong, Zhang Hao, Sung Han-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Ricky, Kim Gyu-vin, Park Gun-wook, and Han Yu-jin. Several members had prior industry experience, such as Kim Ji-woong, an actor and former member of INX, and Park Gun-wook, who participated in Wild Idol.
Before their debut, the group starred in the reality show Camp ZEROBASEONE, which focused on strengthening their bond. They also made their first public appearance at KCON Japan 2023 and held a fan concert at Gocheok Sky Dome, drawing an audience of 18,000.
The boy group quickly gained success with their debut EP, Youth in the Shade, which sold over 2 million copies and topped the charts in South Korea. The group also earned a "Rookie Grand Slam" by sweeping major awards in 2023 and 2024.
