The Fiery Priest 2 starring Kim Nam-gil, Honey Lee, Kim Sung-kyun, and BIBI aired episode 11 on December 20, 2024, on SBS and Disney+. The Fiery Priest 2 is a sophomore series to the 2019 action comedy series of the same name. Kim Nam-gil's character, Priest Kim Hae-il, returns as the protagonist in The Fiery Priest 2, where he's headed to Busan to take down the top boss of a drug cartel.
As the second season of the popular comedy series moves towards its end, viewers may expect Kim Hong-shik, played by Sung Joon, to either take revenge against Kim Hae-il and Park Kyung-sun (Honey Lee) or flee South Korea. While Park Kyung-sun and Kim Hae-il teamed up for a lawsuit against prosecutor Nam Du-heon (Seo Hyun-woo).
The two are also preparing to prevent Kim Hong-shik from fleeing the country. Furthermore, more intense action between Kim Hae-il and the antagonist Kim Hong-shik, played by Sung Joon, is expected. However, it is yet to be seen what happens in the finale episode of The Fiery Priest 2, which is set to air on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 10 pm KST on SBS and later on Disney+.

The Fiery Priest 2 episode 11 recap: Sister Kim and Father Han save Kim Hae-il and Park Kyung-sun from Danger
In The Fiery Priest 2 episode 11, Sister Kim and Father Han appear as Fautors and save Park Kyung-sun from the drug syringe attack and prevent Kim Hae-il from shooting himself. Meanwhile, Kim Hong-shik decided to flee, but he found the trunk empty where he hid his money. In response to this, he killed one of his goons.
Park Kyung-sun then went after Nam Du-heon and confronted him, but he didn't seem to be fazed by it. Ko Dok-sung (Kim Won-hae) put a location tracker in one of the money boxes Boss Park (Yang Hyun-min) stole from Kim Hong-shik. Nam Du-heon asked Boss Park to keep an eye on Kim Hong-shik's location.
On the other hand, Uma Police Chief Go Martha (Heo Soon-mi) appointed Gu Ja-young (BIBI) as the new team leader of the Narcotics Department. Go Martha also reported the corrupt police to the Police Inspection Agency.
With Ko Dok-sung's help, Gu Ja-young and the Gudam team located Boss Park and his goons. Seminary students also joined in to help them catch the gangsters. Meanwhile, Park Kyung-sun and Kim Ma-ri (Hwang Jung-min) intruded on Nam Du-heon's hideout, where he had secured information against corrupt officials but could not find anything.
On the other hand, Nam Du-heon contacted Interpol to catch Kim Hong-shik. Kim Hae-il learned that Kim Hong-shik was at the port with his Laotian crew, and he, along with Gu Dae-young and Park Kyung-sun, headed to the port. As Interpol confronted Kim Hong-shik, he found that Nam Du-heon betrayed him and was enraged.
Meanwhile, Kim Hae-il, Park Kyung-sun, and Gu Dae-young saw Nam Du-heon help the Interpol and tried to convince the police that Nam Du-heon was an accomplice of Kim Hong-shik.
Amidst the chaos, due to a sudden accident, an airplane door fell at the port, killing a few goons. Kim Hong-shik escaped, and Nam Du-heon also fled the scene. The trio, along with the Gudam Crew and the Uma Police team, gathered at Ko Duk-song's house. They decided that some of them would go to Seoul while others wrap up the work in Busan.
The next day, the Gudam team learned that Sang-yeon woke up. Kim Hae-il went to Park Kyung-sun's residence in Busan to help her pack her bags, as she was scared because of the polka dot ghost. They found the body of the lady in polka dots dressed behind the wall in her bedroom.
Nam Du-heon threatened his senior prosecutors with information he had collected throughout his career. Due to the threat, the senior prosecutors decided to promote him to a position that would give him significant powers.
By the end of The Fiery Priest 2 episode 11, Park Kyung-sun filed a legal case against Nam Du-heon and informed the press about the same. Due to Nam Du-heon's corruption, the case was named the Honey Jar Gate case.
The Fiery Priest 2 final episode will air on December 27, 2024 on SBS.
