The two actors secured first place in the AAA 2024 Popularity Award vote among their respective male and female categories.

To represent the world of K-drama and K-movies, a total of 11 celebrities will make their appearance, including Kim Min, Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Hye-yoon, Byeon Woo-seok, Ahn Bo-hyun, Jang Da-ah, Jo Yu-ri, Joo Won, Choi Bo-min, and Japanese actor Sakaguchi Kentaro.
Of the 11, four have been nominated for the Asia Artist Award's Grand Prize in acting. Kim Soo-hyun is nominated for his role as Baek Hyun-woo in Queen Of Tears' which surpassed Crash Landing On You to become the highest-rated tvN series. Its final episode recorded a nationwide rating of 24.85%. Regarding viewership ratings, the series became the third highest-rated series in Korean cable television history and the second highest by number of viewers.
Park Min-young starred in tvN's Marry My Husband which achieved an average viewership rating of 9.1% nationwide. Star News reported that some of its episodes recorded a viewership rating of 12% becoming the highest-rated episode for a tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama.
Byeon Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon from Lovely Runner are nominated for the male and female Best Actor Awards, respectively. The series became a turning point for the two actors as it received massive global support. The series ranked first in terms of topicality among 2024 dramas.
