Jeon Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, once again demonstrated his immense popularity and influence. His documentary film I AM STILL, captivated audiences worldwide, achieving remarkable milestones in theaters and on streaming platforms.

Following its theatrical release in September 2024, the documentary was adapted into a three-part docu-series titled Jung Kook: I AM STILL - THE ORIGINAL. This extended version delved deeper into his artistic journey, including additional interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and the full version of "Jung Kook 'Golden' Live On Stage."

On January 6, 2025, streaming analytics firm Flixpatrol reported that within 28 tracking days of its release on Disney+, I AM STILL - THE ORIGINAL secured the position of the fourth most-consumed TV show across all streaming platforms in 2024. In response, fans celebrated the documentary's success and Jungkook's artistic journey with supportive messages across social media.

Fans took to social media to laud the artist for his global popularity.

As fans continued to celebrate his achievements, they also underscored the BTS idol's ability to "dominate" every platform with his music or film content.

I AM STILL premiered globally on September 18, 2024, across more than 120 countries and regions. The film offered an intimate glimpse into the Grammy-nominated musician's journey as a solo artist, chronicling the 150 days leading up to the release of his debut solo album, GOLDEN.

It featured exclusive performances, candid interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage, capturing the artist's evolution and dedication to his craft. The documentary's theatrical release was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from fans, known as ARMYs.

The anticipation and support from fans contributed significantly to the documentary's box office success, with reports indicating that it achieved one of the highest-grossing openings for a documentary in recent history. It earned over $11.65 million worldwide within 11 days of its global release.

I AM STILL provides an in-depth look into the BTS idol's transition from being part of a globally successful group to establishing himself as a solo artist. The documentary captured his experiences traveling to cities like New York, London, and Seoul, where he engaged in recording sessions, performances, and music video productions.

It highlighted his reflections, the challenges faced, and the creative process behind his solo endeavors. The overarching theme centered on growth, self-discovery, and the pursuit of artistic authenticity.
