It was no surprise when Deadpool & Wolverine opened as one of the highest-grossing R-rated movies of all time since its release on July 26, 2024. 1) Dogpool
One of the most loved comic cameos was that of Dogpool, the dog variant of Deadpool. Dogpool is a Pug/Chinese Crested mix and belongs to the Nicepool variant of Deadpool in the movie. The comic version of Dogpool is extremely popular and is actually a dog named Wade Wilson, who gained healing powers and a deformed appearance following experiential cosmetics testing.
2) Lady Deadpool
Lady Deadpool was one of the most eagerly anticipated comic variant cameos in Deadpool & Wolverine. In the comics, she is a person named Wanda Wilson from Earth-3010. Lady Deadpool is one of the most important variants of Deadpool in the comics and plays a major role in the Deadpool Corps.
In Deadpool & Wolverine, the character stays under the mask the whole time, although it has been disclosed that the character was played by none other than Ryan Reynolds' wife, Blake Lively.
3) Headpool
Fans were excited when Headpool, the severed zombie head version of Deadpool, made an appearance in the latest film installment. This endlessly chomping head version of the character is both hilarious and iconic in the comics, and its appearance in the film was very well received by fans.

Imagine a small version of the foul-mouthed merc with an even filthier mouth! Yes, that is Kidpool, and the iconic comic version made a surprise appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine. In the comics, Kidpool is a notorious troublemaker at the Xavier Orphanage for Troubled Boys.
In the film, Kidpool appears along with the kid version of another X-Men character, Jean Grey. The child version of Deadpool is played by Ryan Reynolds' 7-year-old daughter, Inez Reynolds.
5) Cowboy Deadpool/Deadpool Kid
Cowboy Deadpool, also known as Deadpool Kid in the comics, is a variation of the mercenary from a world where the Wild West Era continued into modern times. His world also features a version of Logan as a bounty hunter. Cowboy Deadpool is known for being an outlaw, arsonist, robber, and software pirate.
The film features a hilarious cameo of the cowboy hat-wearing, Western-talking version of Deadpool. Although the character remains masked throughout, it has been revealed that he was played by Matthew McConaughey.
