1) The Prestige (2006)
Directed by Christopher Nolan, The Prestige focuses on the rivalry between two magicians, Robert Angier (Hugh Jackman) and Alfred Borden (Christian Bale) in late 19th-century London. In a bid to outdo each other, the two men engage in an increasingly dangerous game of deceit that can potentially lead to fatal consequences.
In addition to the lead stars, the movie also features Michael Caine, Scarlett Johansson, Rebecca Hall, David Bowie, etc. The suspenseful build-up and thrilling climax of The Prestige makes it worth a watch for fans of The Sixth Sense.
2) Memento (2000)
Memento centers around a man named Leonard Shelby, who is consumed by the desire to find his wife's murderer. The twist is that he suffers from a rare type of memory loss that makes him incapable of remembering anything for more than 15 minutes.
Since he cannot make new memories, he decides to take polaroids and tattoo important information on his body lest he might forget it.
Its star cast includes Guy Pearce, Carrie-Anne Moss, Joe Pantoliano, among others. The film's non-linear narrative and final revelation adds to its complexity and makes it an excellent watch for viewers who enjoyed the plot twist of The Sixth Sense.
3) Donnie Darko (2001)
The surreal movie features Jake Gyllenhaal as the titular character, Donnie Darko. He is accompanied by a strange figure dressed in rabbit costume named Frank, who predicts that the world will end in exactly 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, and 12 seconds. The film also stars Maggie Gyllenhaal, Patrick Swayze, and Jena Malone, among others.
Like The Sixth Sense, this film depicts the protagonist as 'the chosen one', who is guided by a mythical entity to help others.
4) The Others (2001)
The Others is a psychological thriller directed the Chilean-Spanish filmmaker Alejandro Amenábar, who also wrote and scored the film.
The film is set in 1945 and stars Nicole Kidman as a young widow, Grace Stewart, who resides in a large country house with her two photosensitive children. She keeps the house dark at all times and stays indoors with her kids.
With time, Grace comes to believe that her house is haunted and her investigation reveals a truth that shocks her to the core.
The Others is very reminiscent of The Sixth Sense as it also features a surprising twist in the climax that completely changes the viewers' perception of the entire story.
5) Hide and Seek (2005)
John Polson's Hide and Seek deals with the subject of dissociative identity disorder. Its story centers around a psychologist David Callaway and his 9-year-old daughter, Emily.

Both The Sixth Sense and Hide and Seek share the basic premise of a young child interacting with a seemingly-imaginary figure. Additionally, they both deal with the themes of loss and grief.
