Lindsay Dee Lohan is an American actress, singer, songwriter, producer, and businesswoman. Lohan’s recent movie Our Little Secret (2024) is about two exes, Lindsay Lohan and Ian Harding, who, much to their chagrin, have to spend Christmas together with their new, sibling-related significant others. When Lohan interacts with her boyfriend's mother, things get worse.

She signed a modeling contract with Ford Models at the age of three. Lohan's first notable part was in the 1998 film The Parent Trap. Her acting career began on Another World, a soap opera. She then went on to appear in other Disney films as well and her status as a teenage idol was solidified by the 2004 film Mean Girls.

Nick Parker and Elizabeth James fall in love aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 in the film Parent Trap. Following their marriage, they have two twin daughters Annie and Hallie (both played by Lindsay Lohan). Nick raises Hallie in Napa after their divorce, while Elizabeth raises Annie in London.

The twins decide to trade places in order to reunite with their separated parents after meeting at summer camp in Maine and learning they are similar. Annie, in Napa, attempts to prevent the wedding, while Hallie, in London, finds out that Nick is engaged to gold-digger Meredith.

Played by Lindsay Lohan, Anna Coleman is a teenager who lives with her family and is still grieving the loss of her father. She has yet to embrace her mother Tess’ engagement to Ryan.

After reading fortune cookies at a Chinese restaurant, Anna and Tess inexplicably switch bodies and go through a powerful earthquake. Anna and Tess awaken in each other's bodies the following day.

Pei-Pei discloses at the restaurant that the only thing that can turn the switch back on is unselfish love. See if they can change their bodies at any point or stay the same eternally in this timeless film.

In the teen comedy Mean Girls, Lindsay Lohan's character, 16-year-old Cady Heron, homeschooled in Africa, befriends Janis and Damian, two outcasts at North Shore High School. The "plastics"—Karen, Gretchen, and Regina—warn her about them.

Cady becomes friendly with the gang and falls in love with Regina's ex, Aaron. She then joins Janis's plan to destroy Regina. The new "queen bee" is Cady, after Regina is exiled for violating the clothing code.

In the romantic comedy Falling for Christmas, Lindsay Lohan portrays a spoiled heiress named Sierra, who has a skiing accident that causes her to lose her memory and is placed in the care of a lodge owner (Jake Russell) for the Christmas season.

Jake finds her and gives her a room at the Northstar Lodge, his family's bed and breakfast. Sierra (now known as Sarah) gradually regains memories of her past while working at the lodge and forming a bond with Jake and his daughter Avy.

Meanwhile, Tad (Sierra’s fiancé) disappears and is finally located by a recluse. When she discovers she has fallen for Jake, she also calls off her engagement to Tad.

Herbie is a self-aware car (Volkswagen Beetle) who, after losing multiple races, is retired and dumped in a junkyard. The youngest of the Peyton racing family, Maggie Peyton, is set to begin an internship with ESPN in New York.

After Herbie hops on the car she initially selected, she chooses him when her father takes her to the junkyard to purchase a vehicle. Maggie wins after Herbie connives to get her to race NASCAR champion Trip Murphy.

Gail Parent wrote the script for the teen musical comedy Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, which is based on the same-titled 1999 book by Dyan Sheldon.

A 15-year-old New York City kid who wants to be a Broadway star, Lola Cep, is upset about her family moving to the suburbs of Dellwood, New Jersey. She befriends Ella, another Sidarthur (fictional rock band) lover.

Lola pretends to have tickets to Sidarthur's farewell show, but the tickets sell out before she can get them after she loses her allowance. After missing the train on the night of the concert, Lola and Ella encounter an inebriated Stu Wolff (lead singer of Sidarthur) at Sidarthur's after-party.

Many things unfold thereafter, including Lola and Ella helping Stu sober up, getting into trouble with the police, and eventually being taken to the station, which leads to Lola’s growing realization that her life is not as glamorous as she once thought.

This Lindsay Lohan movie tackles common high school struggles: the desire to be heard and seen. It offers a valuable life lesson along the way.
