Starring Kåre Hedebrant, Lina Leandersessind others, the movie explores the friendship between a bullied 12-year-old boy and a mysterious 11-year-old girl, who turns out to be an ancient vampire.

Like Salem’s Lot, the movie is based around vampires, but it goes much deeper than that. The movie explores various themes like bullying, adolescence, loneliness, love, and depression.

Instead of gory horror and jump scares, the movie keeps a tense atmosphere throughout.

Even though the movie revolves around vampires and horror like Salem’s Lot, it has some typical Western elements like being set in New Mexico, involving scenes of partying, drinking, and dramatic fighting. The movie is a compelling blend of horror and action.
