Whether it is Margaret and Andrew from The Proposal or Patrick and Kat from 10 Things I Hate About You, all have proven that life is unpredictable and true love finds a way to endure.

The journey of bitter rivals to crazed lovers is a classic trope in cinema, but films like When Harry Met Sally, The Hating Game, Pride and Prejudice, and others have perfected the formula to a tee. These seven movies exemplify the meaning of the phrase 'I hate you, but I love you.'
