The Other Woman, The Layover, and three other Kate Upton movies that fans will find entertaining
1) Tower Heist (2011)
Cinephiles who enjoy the thrill of a heist shouldn't miss out on this entertaining movie by Brett Ratner. Ben Stiller plays Josh Kovaks, who has a special connection with Arthur Shaw (Alan Alda), a billionaire tenant residing at the apartment complex where he works as the building manager. He entrusts Shaw with the hotel staff's pension fund.
But when Shaw is put under house arrest for his involvement in a Ponzi scheme, Josh has to take extreme measures to get the money back, which includes colluding with Slide, a petty criminal played by Eddie Murphy.
In this movie, Kate Upton has a cameo wherein she plays the mistress of one of the other tenants in the building, Mr. Hightower. The way Tower Heist brings together a group of misfits to plan and execute a complicated heist is fun to watch. Stiller and Murphy are both known for their comedic timing and every time they appear on screen together, viewers are bound to crack up.

2) The Three Stooges (2012)
This Kate Upton movie by the Farrelly brothers is an ideal choice for moviegoers with a soft corner for slapstick comedy. The comedy team, The Three Stooges, was popular back in the day and is based on the film shorts that aired between 1934–59.
The story centers around Moe Howard, Larry Fine, and Curly Howard who were dropped off at the Sisters of Mercy Orphanage when they were young. The three of them always stick together and land in trouble without fail. The sisters at the orphanage have their hands full and the attempts to get the three adopted always lead to dead ends.
Kate Upton plays Sister Bernice and it becomes apparent soon enough that she is not quite as conservative as some of the other nuns, but she is still a kind soul with everyone's best interests at heart. The lead actors, Chris Diamantopoulos, Sean Hayes, and Will Sasso, complement each other very well, adding to the viewing experience.

3) The Other Woman (2014)
In this Kate Upton movie by Nick Cassavetes, she stars alongside Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann. Diaz plays Carly Whitten, a successful Manhattan attorney who is madly in love with her boyfriend Mark King, portrayed by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. She truly believes that he is the "one." She arrives at his house to surprise him only to meet Kate (Mann), who turns out to be Mark's wife.
As Carly wraps her head around the fact that Mark was lying to her, Kate seeks her out and they start an unlikely friendship. But they soon realize that Mark is cheating on both of them with another woman, Amber. A series of incidents leads them to bond and they decide to get revenge on Mark together.
The characters in this movie are flawed but are relatable enough for the audience to feel invested. It's a light-hearted, funny movie that is not to be taken too seriously.

4) The Layover (2017)
This movie by William H. Macy pits Kate Upton's character Meg against Alexandra Daddario's Kate. The two don't start as enemies. In fact, they are the best of friends. But when they take a trip to take their minds off their miserable lives, they meet Ryan, portrayed by Matt Barr. Since they both fancy him, they become engaged in a tug-of-war, which is innocent at first but escalates rapidly.
The love-and-hate relationship between Kate Upton and Alexandra Daddario is a treat to watch. As the lead characters know each other's weaknesses, they know how to hit each other where it hurts the most, literally and figuratively. This is the kind of movie that viewers can put on when they want to watch something fun that doesn't require too much thinking.

5) Adult Interference (2019)
Although this movie by Stefanie Black and Jacquie Phillips was shot in 2017, it was released only in 2019. Ted Welch plays Bo, a football star who made the switch to acting but couldn't make it big. He attends his high school reunion in hopes of redeeming himself but instead finds himself under house arrest. This unexpected turn of events makes him rethink his priorities.
Kate Upton plays Talia, Bo's girlfriend who decides to disconnect herself from Bo's messy life. It is especially heartening to see the connection Bo builds with the shy kid next door. As they spend time together, they start to teach each other valuable lessons about self-love, friendship, and the meaning of life in general.
It is a simple movie with poignant messages that will give viewers much-needed food for thought.
